Dona is proud to be a 3rd gen business owner.

Her journey began in her early teens working for her family’s small automotive parts rebuilding business, located just south of downtown San Antonio. It was during that time when she developed her strong work ethic, desire to help others, and a deep appreciation for small business.

After 30 years working in corporate America as a CPA, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and executive, Dona made the decision to go back to her roots and pursue her passion by building a business coaching firm, with the vision of creating greater success, a better quality of life, and economic prosperity for as many people as possible. 

Dona is married to Charlie, and they have two children - Chuck and Cymbrey.

She serves as a proud board member for the ActionCOACH Foundation and the Island Dunes Owner's Association.

Fun Fact: Dona loves to offshore fish in Port Aransas.
